LA RECENSIONE

A placid and dreamy start evokes certain Explosions In The Sky, while the subsequent melodic outburst brings to mind Cult Of Luna, with a seemingly heavy yet fast and elegant flow despite the length; a disjointed, bittersweet, proud, and fierce, but also gentle and tender progression.

His most beautiful creature betrayed him, and He punished him by casting him to the antipodes of beauty, in a fiery swamp from which, shaken and weeping, he slowly lifts his gaze. The ancient light in his eyes has not faded, but where are the splendid feathered wings, where has the gold of his hair fled, replaced by dirty mud and mire? Tears quickly give way to pride, to the desire to avenge the offense and reclaim what is his: hope, then, after the initial Eden, after the oblivion of the fall, the hope of somehow climbing back up. Perhaps by force.

"Prelapsus" dictates the martial rhythm of his relentless march upwards, a slow journey that will finally bring him back to see the light again. The light, he who has been its bearer from time immemorial, he, Morning Star.

I could never again be an angel... Innocence, once lost, can never be regained

"An album written with heart and passion, traits that should distinguish every artistic imprint."

"A sense of inner dissatisfaction, which demands more impetuously... like a cigarette: as soon as one is extinguished, the need arises to light another."
