Our Truth

After the success of Comalies and a long (very long) hiatus, our compatriots Lacuna Coil return with the single "Our Truth," supported by a video, which paves the way for "KarmaCode," the album that will be released at the end of March (very soon) here in the Beautiful Country. The melody begins with quite oriental "ornaments" by the beautiful and especially talented singer Cristina Scabbia, whose firm voice leads us into an obsessive piece that stays in your head.

Andrea Ferro's presence is secondary in this piece, contributing only with some modest growls towards the chorus. The bass and drum notes are excellent, giving a decadent and decisive imprint to the song, which is already confirmed as one of Lacuna Coil's masterpieces. Expectations for KarmaCode are decidedly high, but if generally the album stays in line with the single (whose only flaw is that it’s a bit too similar to Swamped), we can only be satisfied with the work of our beloved band. Because, as we know: Italians do it better!!!
