THE REVIEW

Released in 2004 to celebrate Korn's 10 years of activity, this "Greatest Hits: Volume 1" does not present many new features; it includes all of Korn's most successful singles, such as "FREAK ON A LEASH", "GOT THE LIFE", "HERE TO STAY", "DID MY TIME", "MAKE ME BAD", "BLIND"...
There are three new features on this album: the two covers "WORD UP" by Cameo and the fabulous "ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL" by Pink Floyd, and the remix version of "FREAK ON A LEASH".

I would recommend this album to those who want to get to know Korn better and hear the various changes that the Bakersfield band has made from album to album without needing to have all the CDs (greatest hits are only for this, in my opinion...).
The decision to number the songs in chronological order is excellent: from the latest single "Y’ALL WANT A SINGLE" to the first "BLIND".
There wouldn't be much else to say, being a greatest hits, except...
KORN 4 EVER

Korn's Greatest Hits: Volume 1 celebrates a decade of the band's nu metal influence by compiling their most successful singles. The album features well-known tracks like 'Freak on a Leash' and 'Blind,' plus three new additions including covers of Cameo’s 'Word Up' and Pink Floyd’s 'Another Brick in the Wall.'
