Introduction: I have seen very few reviews of Judas Priest on Debaser, the legendary heavy metal band, so I decided to write one about the album “Stained Class,” an album that brought the Birmingham band great success but also sparked much controversy due to the track “Better By You, Better Than” which, according to some, hides a reverse message that encourages suicide.
The Album: "Stained Class" was released in the now distant 1979 after the great "Sin After Sin." At that time, the band included Les Binks on drums, the usual great Halford on vocals, the two guitar monsters Glenn Tipton and K.K Downing, and Ian Hill on bass. The album is a strong pillar of Priest's discography and includes some great masterpieces loved by fans, highlighting the great capabilities of Rob and the incredible guitarists.
All the tracks on the album are very beautiful, noteworthy are the opening track Exciter, Better By You, Better Than Me, the title track, the splendid Beyond the Realms of Death, and the final Heroes End.
An album to have because it has marked the history of Heavy Metal...
