THE REVIEW

Hi everyone, I feel more compelled to recommend this album to the younger audience rather than writing a proper review. It's the great bluesman John Mayall's "Jazz Blues Fusion," an album I've been listening to for 22 years now and it still hasn't bored me, so it never will.

I used to share it with my comrades during my military service, and now at 40, I still feel a strong passion for introducing what I consider to be one of the best live recordings ever made.

The fusion of Blues and Jazz is a true musical marvel, a complete summation of the two musical styles that have given rise to the great modern music production. In short, the album satisfies both the tastes of Blues enthusiasts and Jazz solo lovers.

What else to say, it's a fantastic album in every sense, both musically and in terms of recording quality, highly recommended and... happy listening to everyone.

Goodbye.

The 5 notes of blues, in the hands of musicians like Mayall, become capable of expressing seas of emotions.

Mayall performs each piece perfectly, without ever descending into banality.
