Jacques Audiard

Jacques Audiard is a French film director and screenwriter known for intense, character-driven dramas across crime, thriller, and genre-blending works. He won the Palme d’Or at Cannes for Dheepan (2015); A Prophet (2009) won the Grand Prix at Cannes and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. The Sisters Brothers (2018) earned the Silver Lion for Best Director at Venice.
