Freddie Hubbard

Straight Life JakeChambers

The trumpeter Freddie Hubbard is an authentic Proteus of jazz, thanks to his indescribable ability to adapt to the most diverse musical contexts.

Herbie Hancock is the usual wizard of the Fender piano... Benson’s savory and hyper-technical language amazes, reminiscent of Wes Montgomery.

Listen to Freddie Hubbard's 'Straight Life' and explore the vibrant fusion of jazz, rock, and funk from a 70s master.
