I am here today on Debaser to analyze the album of one of the artists who has undoubtedly changed the history of Italian music with his hard and raw rap (unlike Jovanotti).
We all know his story, first with Uomini Di Mare and then as a solo artist with two really beautiful albums, namely ''Turbe Giovanili'' and ''Mr Simpatia''.
However, those albums were made with smaller labels, and now our Fabrizio wanted to move to the majors, and what better way to do it than with this great album?
"Tradimento" is a fairly well-made album with several compelling tracks like the hit ''Applausi Per Fibra'' and ''Mal Di Stomaco,'' which in my opinion is the most beautiful song the rapper has ever done.
Other interesting tracks include ''Che Cazzata,'' a well-written piece with great and well-crafted, wrenching rhymes, and ''Rap In Guerra,'' a very hard and raw track in the rapper's style.
''Sono Un Soldato'' is another great piece by the rapper with great rhymes and a great text, so I wanted to highlight it.
''Rompili il collo,'' on the other hand, is the worst track of the work in my opinion, which I find is just filler to round out the CD.
In conclusion... this is not Fibra's best work (I prefer Turbe Giovanili and Mr Simpatia), but it is nevertheless an album worth listening to, with deep and intelligent tracks.
"Fabri steps out of the typical Gangsta mold (thankfully) and wallows in malice, cynicism, and realism, as he knows how to do, with excellent metrics and some of the best lyrics around."
"A disappointing CD that leaves you speechless... a Fibra fan for three years, seems like the last sad whimper of a rapper who no longer knows what to rap about."
Those who know rap (myself included) will be left speechless by the superficiality of the music demonstrated by Fibra.
A typical mall-produced item, superficial, banal and ugly.
"If he became more serious, he could undoubtedly deliver better albums."
"The popular single 'Applausi Per Fibra' is a poorly made song, more like another genre than rap."
