Italians are always late.

This is what I realize after listening to this album, an album that leaves me stunned with a powerful thrash, aggressive, with balls and counter-balls, but arrived in the wrong historical period, this has proved to be a perfect album for the '80s that would have kicked the butts of even Exodus (whose influences can be heard especially in the riffs), Metal Church and many other thrash bands of the eighties.

But let's get to the album, the songs are incredibly powerful, loaded with dynamic riffs and chugging guitars, listening to the entire album never tires because we are faced with songs of high technical content but also pleasing to the ear. It is worth highlighting some of the songs that stood out the most: "For The Sake of Our Children", "From the 80s", "My Misery", the first very fast and dynamic, the second (the reason why this album is absolutely anachronistic) is truly loaded and powerful (very Metal Church), the last seems almost like a ballad initially but then reveals its true nature with crushing riffs and perfect solos the first melodic and the second (the best) which makes us realize we are dealing with a great band that knows what it wants and is emerging more and more in this period.

We talked about the guitars and thrashy riffs that characterize all the songs without being at all redundant, but let's not overlook another non-negligible aspect which is Perotti's rabid growl, intense and full of things to say and scream to the world by scraping his vocal cords against the microphone; also the rhythmic section consisting of bass and drums shows preparedness, beating violent and fast rhythms like in "From The 80's" or the beautiful "Fall Down", listen to the rhythmic intro with drums and bass in "Deuce" a cover by Kiss.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       The review concludes as it began, with great praise for an album that left me with the impression that thrash is truly coming back, as evidenced by the multitude of emerging and already established bands (like Extrema, Bulldozer, and Necrodeath with their new full-lengths) as well as bands like Exodus that have rolled out works like "The Atrocity Exhibition" or Testament with "The Formation...", and even Slayer and Megadeth are returning with their new albums that I expect to be purely Speed & Thrash. I would like to point out that except for Slayer and Testament, the other bands have gotten lost in unproductive experimentations that were abandoned to try to return to the glorious sounds.
