Experimental Audio Research (E.A.R.) is a British project led by Pete “Sonic Boom” Kember (Spacemen 3), focusing on electronics-driven drones and kosmische-influenced experimentation. Collaborators have included Pete Bain, Kevin Martin, Eddie Prévost, and Kevin Shields. The project is noted for circuit-bending (Data Rape) and inventive multi-channel pieces (Phenomena 256).
