Italian jazz double bassist and electric bassist. Longtime collaborator of pianist Enrico Pieranunzi, member of Lingomania, and leader/solo artist whose first solo album, Orange Park, appeared in 1989. Known for lyrical acoustic work and tasteful use of electronics, with collaborations including Paolo Fresu, Danilo Rea, Maurizio Giammarco, Umberto Fiorentino, and Roberto Gatto.
