Carolina County Ball Rage

For those who are still inconsolable after the death of the aforementioned Ronnie James Dio, sometimes it is not enough to obsessively play "Heaven&Hell", "Mob Rules" and "Dehumanizer" on a loop.

The melancholic and disenchanted "Blanche" closes a cheerful album, light, absolutely pleasant, like all of Elf’s, where Dio’s voice is already evident for what it will become: indispensable.

Discover the roots of rock legend Ronnie James Dio by listening to Elf’s classic album Carolina County Ball today!

Elf

Elf were an American blues-rock/hard rock band formed in the late 1960s and fronted by Ronnie James Dio. Mentored by Deep Purple, their early recordings were produced by Ian Paice and Roger Glover, and they frequently opened Purple’s concerts. The group released three studio albums before members moved with Ritchie Blackmore to launch Rainbow in the mid-1970s.
