It is a kind of praise for solitude; it is known that not everyone can afford it. The elderly cannot afford it, the sick cannot afford it, and neither can a politician... a lonely politician is usually a screwed politician... However, fundamentally, when one can remain alone with oneself, I believe it becomes easier to connect with the surroundings. The surroundings are not just made up of our kind; I would say they consist of the whole universe, from the leaf that sprouts at night in a field to the stars... and... it becomes possible to harmonize better with these surroundings, to think more clearly about one’s problems. I even believe that one can find better solutions, and since we are similar to our kind, I think we can find solutions as well."
