#spaghetti (3) Sergio Corbucci - Vamos a matar companeros (1970) Ennio Morricone Vamos a matar companeros

A film that needs no introduction. Franco Nero, in my opinion, delivers one of his least rigid (and therefore best) performances here, and forms a fantastic duo with Tomas Milian. Iris Berben is stunning, Jack Palance is one of the greatest villains in cinema history. A masterpiece.

Screenplay by Sergio Corbucci, music by Ennio Morricone.

#spaghetti (2) Enzo G. Castellari - Keoma (1976) Keoma theme song - Sybil & Guy

In this film by Castellari, featuring the legendary William Berger in the cast, Franco Nero is Keoma, a gunslinger who is the son of an Indian woman. A fratricidal western with mystical elements.

The main theme, composed by the De Angelis brothers, is sung by vocalist Syil Mostert and Guido De Angelis himself.

I’ll also start a listening review in twenty-five episodes. Here we go.

#spaghetti (1) Sergio Corbucci - Django (1966) "DJANGO" Luis Bacalov [Django Unchained Main Theme Lyrics]

Franco Nero is the one true Django. The one that Corbucci (Sergio) referred to as his Clint Eastwood. The opening sequence with Django dragging his coffin through the desert is worth the entire film.

Soundtrack by the master Luiz Enriquez Bacalov. The English version of the theme (the one posted here) is sung by the legendary Rocky Roberts, while the Italian version was recorded by Roberto Fia.

Of course you were right @[imasoulman]. I'm really into 'The Ballad of Boogie Christ'. Simply gorgeous, getting better and better with every listen. But I really didn't like the last album at all.

Joseph Arthur - I Miss The Zoo (Live on KEXP)

I think this one could also appeal to @[Flo].

Coup d'états.
