It's only rock'n'roll but I like it... except when I hear for the millionth time "You shook me all night long" or "Back in black" poorly covered by yet another beer-pulling cover band at the pub of the moment. Anyway, they are the quintessence of rock'n'roll... ignorant, crude, rough, and rude.

Ethereal, talented, mystical, and elusive. In short, Björk!

I wish all the commercial groups of the 70s-80s had been like this. Behind their alien disguises, there was much more than just a simple look.

Not a great singer, but an undeniable force and charisma. Without him, the Stones would have been a much more niche band. Of his solo albums, I only save "Wandering Spirit" and a few songs from the first two.

A reason for life up to "Ecstasy". After a while in decline, however, the only thing I really blame him for is the album with Metallica.

Back then, I thought there couldn't be anything worse than the Finley. Now, however, I am SURE that nothing I will hear from now on will be worse than these hybrids of Platinette on acid and Cristiano Malgioglio high on Punt E Mès. That thought is reassuring.

He calls them "the barber's agreements," I call them "the toilet bowl agreements."
