Objectively speaking, an excellent interpreter (and a real stunner). She functions much less effectively as a composer, and this flaw is weighing her down in the long run. Nice debut (6.5), satisfactory second album (5/6), and a clumsy and heavy Frasi&Fumo (5). EDIT: she even tried to return to urban via trap (Modern Art) but it went poorly again (5).

Elegant interpreter, skilled composer, and a distinctive voice. She and Nina Zilli (who, however, doesn't have good tracks like those of Malika) are the best that today's Italian mainstream can offer. Now that she's no longer with Cremonini, are things going better for you as well?

Inside Brat'ja Karamazovy, there is the anguish of search and the terror of dispersion, there is the atheist and the puritan, there are centuries of Russian literature and the embellishments of francophilia, there is tradition and socialism, God and the devil, laughter amidst Gogolian tears and abysses of philosophical uncertainty. A total work that crowns a total career. Also absolutely worth reading are Dvojnik (The Double), Prestuplenie i nakazanie (Crime and Punishment), Besy (The Devils).

Instrumentally (almost) flawless, especially when they color the math arpeggios with a very particular jazz groove. It's a shame, though, that the singing ruins everything in a crude manner, glossing over the pieces of melodies that are not petitae.

One of the best-preserved mysteries of Italian post-surrealism. There is a reason for it. A radically negative and disillusioned worldview, Marxist-materialist in its terminal state, veiled with Lautréamontian misanthropy: the ideas, as innovative as they might be, were there. Often, however, their staging does not work: a poverty of means that borders on amateurism, widespread structural confusion, a total disinterest in the preservation of the finished product. Its peak, the Fellinian Spell.

Terrible. They can capture attention, at first, only for the radical nature of their proposal. But the musical substance boils down to an empty game of virtuosic contortionism completely devoid of meaning.

Less than none.

What a realm of childishness and two-bit partisanship, but please... get beyond the age of 14, for Christ's sake! Arrogant person and excellent musician: fair enough. I vote for the musical side.

The author of the Sanremo 1982 theme song.

Even in "old age" (let's call it that), they maintain a level of ideas in them that is frankly unattainable.
