Terrible. They can capture attention, at first, only for the radical nature of their proposal. But the musical substance boils down to an empty game of virtuosic contortionism completely devoid of meaning.

Orthrelm

Orthrelm is an American duo from Washington, D.C., formed by guitarist Mick Barr and drummer Josh Blair. Active since 2000, they’re known for hyper-technical, minimalist extremism—most famously the single 45:43 track OV (Ipecac, 2005) and the 99-fragment blitz of Asristir Vieldriox (2002).
