Came from all over the world, I head to all over the world, to meet a world of people and places and words and sensations and relationships and whispers and visions and bitter smiles and sweet tears, riding the wave I want to learn to walk on my own legs and discover what’s behind every corner, every street, every forest river city mountain desert sea of this vast world, to know its infinite languages, its wonderful knowledge and the countless cultures that give life, color, and depth to the human race. I want to spend every second I have left doing only this, it’s the only thing I know that makes me happy. I need to live with people who are like me and who are different from me, with opinions equal and contrasting to mine. And above all, I really want to laugh. Everyone should laugh from the moment they wake up until they fall asleep or pass out or slip on a banana peel. Because this life is only one, and they say it’s also short. I’d say not to waste it crying over our problems, it’s useless. Better to laugh about it, doing whatever pleases us at that precise moment, whether it’s staring out the window or making love while it snows outside, or swimming in a pool filled with strawberry jelly while learning to play the double bass reading the music sheet upside down.
