Rush Fly By Night
Voto:
I have all their albums up to "Moving Pictures," but this "Fly By Night" remains my favorite for a number of reasons, including the freshness of the drums, the little gem "Rivendell" (try listening to it with headphones in the dark and then let me know), the legendary "By Tor," and in general, a high level of quality in the compositions. Genuine!
Dream Theater Images And Words
Voto:
When easycure and the gang talk about the coldness of the DT, they are referring to the fact that they "coolly" repeat stylistic elements from the past without adding any personality or original reinterpretation (an opinion I personally do not share); therefore, it has nothing to do with whether or not they move on stage.

Magnus not Magnu

Two fantastic singers!! The guitarist Magnu Karlsson is also exceptional, having composed practically all the songs, among other things. A great example of classic hard'n'heavy tackled by great performers.
Ark Burn The Sun
Voto:
Excellent album from a band that unfortunately disbanded; Jorn is one of the most skilled singers in the global metal scene for his expressive and technical abilities. I'll never tire of listening to Resurrection. For those who love classy heavy metal, this is the classic album to save from the fire in your home. I recommend any hard'n'heavy enthusiast to discover this gem.
Dream Theater Scenes From A Memory
Voto:
The truth is that when I listen to this album I feel good, I don't know why but it’s like a drug; it's a beautiful album, full of passion in telling the story it covers and full of feeling with the instruments capable of weaving delightful melodies. It's engaging and moving. If there are any plagiarisms, well, I don't particularly care, also because of all the artists you've mentioned, I own their entire discography and, while I love them, I don't feel at all scandalized if they have been partly borrowed from by the DT. In fact, maybe this is exactly what makes me appreciate them: carrying on good music by introducing it to new generations.
Led Zeppelin Presence
Voto:
a great album by the legendary Led, not the best but among the best. Achille's Last Stand is magnificent, but there are another 2 or 3 very engaging tracks.

The Litfiba are the greatest Italian rock band of the '80s. This album is stunning...lightyears away from what is produced nowadays. "Re del silenzio", "Apapaia", "Resta"...thank you Piero and Ghigo...these songs will never be forgotten.

Great 90s rock album, maybe a bit overrated, but still excellent. Review is okay even if some terms are from a hardcore fan, but it is what it is...
