Great review, although in my opinion this album and "Selling England by the Pound" are much better than "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway," which is too convoluted but still fantastic. "Time Table" is a real gem!!!

You are absolutely right, dear. There are still those who spend money on crap. Because the album could also be called "First Name Last Name Years Where DGT," since the crap smells the same... Shoo shoo shoo (and anyway, much much better than vascomerdapipponerossi).

It’s a work by the complete Pink Floyd during a golden moment and as such, it can only deserve the highest praise. "Quiksilver" and "Cymbaline" are the best moments of the album. That it may be a lesser album does not mean that the Pink Floyd put in any less effort, unlike what surely happened with "Obscured by Clouds," due to a lack of time available. The film is highly recommended as well, being the first by a great director like Barbet Schroeder. The cover is striking, echoing a scene from the film. A decent review, at times breathless.
