Jethro Tull Thick As A Brick
Voto:
No, you're wrong: it is absolutely not the best prog-rock album in history, and perhaps it isn't even the best album by Jethro Tull (in my opinion, "Stand Up" is a step above). That said, it remains a historic album, well-made, enjoyable to listen to, and at times emotional, not just because of Anderson.
Gong Flying Teapot
Voto:
Great album, more than Roxy Music I would compare them to Can.
Adriano Celentano Svalutation

The situation will be the same, the ideas will still be valid, but the music is wounded.
Guns N' Roses Greatest Hits
Voto:
Oh my God, what should one be an expert in to listen to Guns n' Roses? They're meant for fifteen-year-olds! Anyway, they could have saved us the Stones cover...
Terrible review.
Pink Floyd Meddle
Voto:
Yes, well, apart from the fact that "One of these days" is written like this.

I’m 22, but age doesn’t matter; it’s enough to have understood what real music is and to know how to seek it... long live Italian prog, long live good music.
The Doors Absolutely Live
Voto:
Yes, BeatBoy, they are easier to find than this live.

"Obscured by clouds" stands out, and it is certainly not the least work of Pink Floyd.

If I'm not mistaken, the subtitled version in Italian was released in February and is easily available. The other film by Schroeder titled "La Vallee (Obscured By Clouds)" was released in the summer, but I can't find it anywhere.

It's the story of a young man from Lübeck who sets off for Paris where he meets MaRiA and love, a girl with heroin problems. She leaves for Ibiza, and he follows her... they find themselves living alone amid drugs and a yearning for freedom... the ending is very sad.
Magnificently crafted by Schroeder, who, to better understand the effects of heroin, tried it for the first time before filming, contributing to the realistic effect. The Pink Floyd were chosen because, in the director's own admission, they were the best band of the era and had an extraordinary sense of space; moreover, the music is slightly subdued because it would have overshadowed the scene with its grandeur.
A film without moralism, in pure vérité style, try to get your hands on it.
