I, like Grace Slick, have never seen anyone! And after her, Bardot... or do we need to be analogical about this too, you know?

More feminine? You wouldn't say so by the voice :-)

My "controls" are undoubtedly analog, but the "digitals" should certainly not be abandoned. I just want to say that some elements (some, obviously not all) in the music of the artists I mentioned seem absolutely "new" to me, but logically I do not classify music based on this, considering also the fact that among my favorite artists, the majority plays prog, which clearly references classical music and/or jazz.

Alright pretazzo, when I listen to something by Anthrax, since I also like some thrash, I'll let you know.

I’ve never listened to anything by Anthrax, but I think that some albums by Black Sabbath and Judas Priest, as well as "Lark's Tongue in Aspic," have set the standard for metal in general.

Sure, Stravinsky too, but very few others. Barrett didn’t invent psychedelia; he created a new way to present it in rock as in art, just as Erikson used it almost unconsciously. Very few things have been pulled out of the hat, and it doesn’t make sense to say it’s just me who believes that. Superficial perhaps, yes, because by mentioning just a few artists I triggered your reaction; I should have given you a more complete list, but even that would include few elements; I don’t understand why it would be considered trivializing. Besides the influences that an artist can skillfully or mistakenly exploit, we must consider the fact that we are not all the same and that the brain is an uncontrollable and absolutely non-analyzable machine. When very rarely someone is able to exploit it, willingly or unwillingly, more than necessary, it pulls the rabbit out of the hat.
