Yes, but the romanticism in Moon in June is an integral part, not the focus of the work, as it might be in O'Caroline... for the rest, Third is beautiful also because it is varied, and the other tracks are not mere technique. I invite you to listen to them again, especially "Out-Bloody-Rageous." The "feeling" you mention could not stand on its own without technical, compositional, and even atmospheric qualities. It would be subjectively beautiful, like O'Caroline, but ultimately self-serving. Likewise, the technique, I mean, in Malmsteen but also in some passages of ELP, can be subjectively beautiful but ultimately self-serving. That Moon in June is superior to the other tracks is obvious.
