Although it pales in comparison to the band's previous albums, and regardless of what most critics say, this Tilt is nonetheless a record of GOOD MUSIC that I always enjoy listening to. A 3.5 that I'll round up to 4 without a second thought. Well done JethroZappa, nice nickname!

In my opinion, the Eagles can embrace a wider audience of listeners because they are less heavy than AC/DC and Led Zeppelin, and more commercial and accessible than Pink Floyd.

The anonymous person using my nickname, I don’t know who they are... but I can’t disagree with them. We should consider various aspects of Morrison... his voice is much more beautiful (in my opinion) than Jagger’s or Iggy Pop’s, his expressiveness has few rivals (Stevens, Hammill, Cohen, Lake), his style is unique and much more passionate than Jagger and Iggy, his lyrics are true poetry, straddling the line between dream and reality, and his live performances are captivating like... like no one else, damn it!
