Carcass Necroticism: Descanting The Insalubrious
Voto:
One of the best death metal albums, and not just in my opinion. I didn’t know this record was about how to reuse corpses...genius, just like the intros of each track and the titles of the songs. As for them being medical students, I agree with nosebleed, it's an urban/metal legend!

I'm sorry, but I suggest you reconsider it from another perspective... in this film, everything is a metaphor, and it seems to me that the aspects you've highlighted, which you find unsatisfactory, are the most superficial ones.

But what the hell did I write... simply a great review, thanks to the samples I will delve into the matter ;)

You all know Dull Flame... and on one hand, I envy you because Japanese horror/splatter/psychological films really attract me... maybe if it were possible to have a small list with some nice films to start with?? ;)

Satyricon My Skin is Cold

I haven't listened to this EP, but I didn't find Now Diabolical that "ridiculous," actually... And anyway, Darkhaem, I can understand that you don't like the current Satyricon (and you're not alone), but to say that everyone who enjoys their latest releases is ignorant is quite a leap; also because rest assured that the latest generations aren't listening to Satyricon, but rather much trendier and more appealing stuff.

"...but from a new generation (...) which, alas, due to its lack of musical culture, will still be able to accept them this way": so everyone who listens to today's Satyricon is ignorant, while those who only listen to the albums from the past know a lot... couldn't we instead consider the fact that Satyricon have always been a band in continuous evolution, making albums that are all different from one another? I believe that in this light we should interpret their career; it's pointless to cling to a past that (fortunately or unfortunately, you decide) will not return.

Congratulations! And if the one on the cover is Aidan...what hair he has!

I agree with everything you've written. However, I believe another chapter of Age of Silence won't be released for quite a while...
