John Coltrane The John Coltrane Quartet Plays

The review has been awarded (by me, let’s put it that way so everyone knows) for a simple reason... The Debaser spirit, which I understood right away, but more so since I joined the Staff, is to do things and dedicate time to Debaser just for the pleasure of it, to share something with others, to have a bit of fun, to write about an album or anything else either by stating its technical properties with detailed writings or through silly and wacky pieces that are light-years away from what is considered a review (those you find on any other site that deals with albums, if you catch my drift). And Debaser is perhaps the only site where practically “almost” everything gets published... That’s the beauty of the coolest site on the internet... Or not?

Why take it out on Pedrini? Even an aneurysm happened to him, poor guy, he almost lost his life.. Omar tried to carry on the conversation, he really believed in it.. In the TV appearances, it was clear that he wasn't cut out for the Italian show business.. I adored Timoria as a band, but because of Renga and his catastrophic turn (not because of him of course), I can no longer listen to them without getting irritated. I hate falsehood, and he was truly the most deceitful man in the Italian music scene. Anyway, it's really much better to have a Pedrini than 100 Solieri..
Guido Harari De Andrè

Fantastic! Perhaps your best one, indeed, without a doubt.. Especially for this phrase that will be remembered in the annals of Debaser: "For once, I didn't want to add anything of my own to describe the emotion of the Man-De Andrè." One of the favorites.. To remember..

I don’t think it’s necessarily poetic, let alone poetic. It’s simply fascinating, enchanting, and engaging; the reason is explained by LAROCK in issue no. 6. Chapeau!

Epic album! "And the bass pumps and the bass that pumps, let's hope the house doesn’t break!" "I'm Giovanotti, the head of the gang, to be one of us you need to apply, because it's a legendary story and we're all tough we love to party and make a mess at all costs, we pump it to a hundred thousand, we sweat hard, and before we finish we take everything off, we stay in our boxers and 501s because around here nobody gets shocked..."

Having had a .44... Maybe now the story would have been different, anything but "B-B-B-B-Bella Storia"!

Kiske really pisses me off! Even though I slightly prefer Michael Matijevic, he remains one of the greatest singers in the history of "rruock" (which is not exactly rruock but whatever), as per the rankings (ranked in 1st place... Matijevic wasn't in the database..)
