But you hit the nail on the head: this is where the turning point begins (not yet fully apparent) that will develop with Revolver, leading up to the groundbreaking Tomorrow Never Knows, which teases the senses before Sgt. A giant of Italian Music of our time. It's a shame he has somewhat lost his compositional flair: the latest album (Un Giorno) isn't up to the standards of the previous ones, which, in different ways, were all gems. It doesn't even come close to Contro un'onda del mare, the legendary debut album. We eagerly await a high-level return!

Immense album, one of the cornerstones of the Beatles' career.
But I agree with VIOLATOR, when the Fab Four try to go for a harder rock they don't always hit the mark (even though in '65 they gave birth to the heavy riff of You've Got To Hide Your Love Away, a precursor to much "heavy" music). Musical deities!
