Kyuss Welcome To Sky Valley
Voto:
For a while now, I've been head over heels for stoner, so I couldn't miss out on Kyuss (though I prefer Blues, to each their own). Damn, they're amazing.

@Ole: You're not the first one I've heard say that. Sure, Bob doesn't exactly have Buckley's voice, but it's distinctive and I like it just the same. @manliuzzo: If I may chime in, one takes care to listen to the records more than once. You shouldn't have to force yourself to like them, but one listen is fine for supermarket music.

Damn, what a revelation for me these astral weeks. I don't know if it's the best singer-songwriter album, but it's definitely among my favorites. In addition to those already mentioned by Ole, I would just add Highway 61 Revisited.

Before reading it, seeing the genres, I thought this would be the last thing in the world I would want to hear right now. Instead, you made me want it....fantastic double.

Album and review rated 6.

Fantastic, my favorite Canterbury album. I really don't hear much psychedelia, while it seems to me that jazz rock reigns supreme. Volume 1 is nice too. But, no offense, let's not always review the same things! There are hundreds of amazing works that haven't been reviewed yet.

Yellow Cave Woman and Once Among The Trees above all.
Pino Daniele Terra mia

Magnificent, a family myth. The only thing that disappoints me is that, despite my origins, I haven't been able to understand a single word of the lyrics without having to look them up first.

5 all my life. I will stay away from the gentlemen in question, just like from almost all metal...

Aside from all the fuss stirred up by the newspapers around him, this Vasco here for now doesn't bother me. Great lyrics for sure, but he's ultra-derivative. I'm not sure what score to give him yet.
