Fritz Lang Metropolis
Voto:
If it were up to me, Metropolis would be studied in school. But I'm biased.
Keane Under The Iron Sea

I hate them...
The Verve Urban Hymns
Voto:
Urban Hymns evokes only one feeling in me: indifference. I've tried to like it in every way possible, but it says nothing to me. I can't even bring myself to hate it. The only Brit-pop band I like is Blur. That's it (well, maybe a few songs from the very early Oasis, but just a little).
Abel Ferrara The Bad Lieutenant (Il Cattivo Tenente)
Voto:
I'm watching it now, after recording it the other night. There's no denying it, beautiful, and great performance by Keitel. I have to admit it, although I feel a peculiar dislike towards him.

Luciano Salce Il Primo Tragico Fantozzi
Voto:
Fantozzi "silly movie"? I don’t think so. It’s a merciless satire of frustrated, alienated, exploited, and cowardly employees, a satire of their myths (the office with the human leather chair) and their bosses (the mega galactic director), from whom they let things be shoved up their rear, remaining servile and sycophantic nonetheless. In short, it’s a film that at times is more depressing than funny, or at least that’s how I see it.
Luis Buñuel Il Fascino Discreto Della Borghesia
Voto:
a masterpiece of unreality. in the works of Bunuel that I have managed to see, there is always a trace of his surrealist past. this remains my favorite. beautiful the scenes of the dream within the dream within the dream.
Milos Forman Qualcuno Volò Sul Nido Del Cuculo
Voto:
great film. perhaps Nicholson's best performance alongside the one in Shining.
Spike Lee Do The Right Thing

In my opinion, there is nothing demagogic about it at all. When they burn down the pizzeria, they certainly shouldn't be portrayed as heroes.
