When I was little, everyone was watching DragonBall and I felt really excluded because I didn't feel like following it. In the end, I watched a few episodes, but I got bored pretty quickly because the narrative pacing was about the same as that of Beautiful, if not slower (or maybe because in the meantime I had grown up a bit).

I confess that when I read "Massimo Ranieri" and "avenger" on the same line, I was already expecting a deluge of 1-star ratings and a flurry of controversies... even fiquata gave it a 5! Anyway, he’s an artist I know almost nothing about except for a few appearances on television, but he might be less tedious than Frank Zappa... the review is very beautiful, whether it’s a parody or not.

Well... too much pretentiousness among the comments. If he wasn’t a legend, then who is? Then all the critiques about the opening, which I personally think should have been read with a bit of irony. Also: as for "eulogies" for him, on this site which is also and sometimes mainly about music, I’ve only read this. It doesn’t seem scandalous to me, considering the fact that every time an unnecessary band like Dream Theater comes out, we have to open umbrellas... for the rest, I agree with Cornell's comment. The review is a bit exaggerated, but it makes sensible points.

But it actually sounds like a joke, and that's part of its charm. However, among the various bullshit grind projects, this one doesn’t seem too detached; it's a good compromise between avant-garde, violence, and fooling around. I know very little about Pig Destroyer, but Nasum doesn’t seem very experimental to me; in fact, their grindcore seems quite traditional, maybe a bit "technical."

They may be a goofy group, but they're devastating, among the most original on the more experimental side of grindcore. Frozen Corpse Stuffed With Dope is a great album; I haven't listened to this one.

Beautiful, especially the opening. I haven't seen the drama, but it conveyed a sense of melancholy nonetheless. Truly a nostalgic feeling, and if I had to throw it out there, I would say better than the television of the early '90s.
