"[...]I think I've written more than one review with 1-2 comments and not even a rating[...]". My comments often and willingly! Anyway, by now this site should be called "stoner-doom.it", even if I don't feel like saying anything to JURIX because he has always done his dirty work of reviewing remote (and sometimes a bit unlikely) realities excellently. I haven't listened to Carcass in ages, but I've been listening to Motorhead lately.

In light of the clarification to comment 24, "perhaps me too," but why "depressed"?

I don't know Rocket To Russia, in high school I listened to "It's alive" through my headphones on the bus, that was enough for me... those weren't exactly great times but a bit of nostalgia is welcome. After that, I didn't listen to them anymore, musically they were always the same, they no longer inspired me. So I won't weigh in on the review even though I don't think the content of the third and fourth lines is fair.

@Psycroptic: I certainly don't go around the province reprimanding all the League supporters personally; it would take a hundred lifetimes! But at least on Debaser, I don't think it's inappropriate to intervene on a comment as superficial as No. 6 from Chaos. Given that sociological debates here mostly revolve around Dream Theater...

Personally, I have nothing against "duplicates," as long as they are not overused, of course; I have nothing to say about the album other than that I listened to it quite a while ago and I'm not a die-hard Hendrix fan (nor a great expert), but I really liked it, great him and great the band, exceptional groove, nothing more. I’ll skip over the obvious historical and artistic importance.

Ah man, what a drag with this stoner-doom, it’s all anyone talks about. Anyway, beautiful cover.

I don’t know, I had tried to listen to something persuaded by my infinite esteem for John Bush, but that little did not amuse me enough to convince me to continue. Anyway, it's just one album, I think I could quickly catch up, especially since the review talks about it in a way that further piqued my curiosity. I reiterate my absolute esteem for John Bush, one of my favorite singers, and in my humble opinion, one of the best in heavy metal, period. One last note: “power-metal”? Are we sure about that?

I only listen to Radio Onda D'Urto... let those who have ears understand.

Solidarity with the terrorists. In these occasions, I don't feel like blaming them.

To respond to Squall, I don't necessarily think pop music is crap, and I wouldn't extend that to the nightclub either... it could even be a kind of underground culture in the end. The problem is that most of the pop music out there is stuff for total lobotomized minds (since that's what they want). It's a matter of context. Listening to pop music twenty years ago probably meant something entirely different (likely much less humiliating for the human mind). As for the nightclub, the issue is always political in nature; it's experienced in a totally degrading way, pursuing socially questionable models at the very least. If it were experienced differently (and in my humble opinion, it could be), it wouldn't be such a negative experience. But at this moment, in my context (which I believe is similar for many others), it can only be considered crap, or rather worse.
