Hetfield wrote almost all the songs together with Lars Ulrich, I don’t know if Kirk wrote anything as well. P.S. The live performance I was talking about was aired on MTV a while ago. I was so excited, but then when I heard how they sounded, I preferred to change the channel.

For me, you’re right, the solos of Creeping Death and Master Of Puppets are magnificent. I really like him because he’s not one of those guitarists who just make noise; few could play songs like One and Sanitarium, even though the credit also goes to Hetfield, clearly the 'real' Hetfield. I saw a recent live show of 'Tallica and Hetfield messed up the entire intro of Sanitarium.

Well, Kirk is liked and not liked. I really like him a lot, but I don’t think he has to be liked by everyone; he’s a guitarist with some limitations, but for me, he’s very good.

Beautiful, one of the best by Iron. I agree that GangLand stays somewhat in the shadows, but Total Eclipse is stunning.
