I agree 47, those who say that Undertow and Opiate are the best albums of the Tool lot mean that they are satisfied with listening to a good band that, however, sounds with the riffs of Soundgarden and the groove of RATM. Nevertheless, there are remarkable pieces in Undertow that already hinted at a future change of direction. Contrary to what some have said above, it is precisely Undertow that sounds baroque in some episodes, especially Danny Carey when he throws in too many rolls and off-beats that sound a bit out of context to my ears. Carey's work is more intense in the last Tool albums but at the same time more homogeneous; it perfectly blends with Justin's bass lines. 10,000 Days was disappointing, but as we know, after a masterpiece, maintaining the same level of quality is (almost) impossible.

Come on, putting undertow above lateralus.. I bet you’ve listened to it twice and made snap judgments. The "mannerism" is there and can be felt in 10000 days, but the transition between Aenima and Lateralus is remarkable and complex; I find it hard to understand how one could give a 3 to an album like that.

I thought I had finally shaken off the television scene by coming to Spain… instead, she even presents the Eurovisión on national TV, she's a diva here too. And when she speaks Spanish, she has an Italian accent similar to those glasses-wearing Italian show-offs cruising around the Rambla.

I don't know, maybe it's because I haven't seen The Blair Witch Project, maybe it's because I watched REC with my roommates in the evening, maybe it's because I live in Barcelona and recognized the place (it should be the beginning of the Rambla del Raval), or maybe it's a bit of everything... but I was scared stiff! :)
