Strange but true, I agree with your latest post; sometimes Vai and Petrucci go a little overboard with their virtuosity to once again showcase (not that it’s needed, given their fame...) their talent. Now, I'm curious: Slash can't play, Vai and Petrucci aren't artists, and now you'll tell me that Jimi Hendrix was incompetent... Ion, I wouldn't say "useri," better "userei"... :-))

Darkness: for the potential they have, they could do much more. Metallica: the inspiration has left a long time ago, but on stage, there are still very few who can hold a candle to them; as for the rest, I'm not a great expert in metal, and the others, aside from Lacuna Coil (who I also can't stand...), I don't know them...

What do you think of the solo in Sweet Child O' Mine, or the last 2 minutes of Paradise City, or the interlude of One in a million?? As many say, it's a matter of taste, but talent is not really up for debate. And anyway, I definitely don’t consider him the absolute best, far from it...
