The Hole, honestly, I never really thought of them as 'feminists'...nor the riot grrls. They mainly focused on the fact that women in rock didn't have role models to follow except for powerful singer-songwriters like Janis Joplin...that the whole thing eventually took on feminist aspects is quite different...it's more of an induced consequence...but you can't really cite the Hole on this, as they never claimed to be feminists...when did they?!...anyway, thanks to everyone.
