Mopy, I thank you for your chivalry, but the anonymous one, I repeat, is not anonymous. Moreover, he always drags my person into it; the insults are never about the record or the film in question. He always comes up with personal attacks based on confidences I shared with him, trying to belittle me and make me look despicable in everyone’s eyes because he’s despicable himself. He’s a loser, a compulsive scribbler, childish, jealous, envious, arrogant, mean, capricious, irate, and even insults people in blogs for no reason. His posts are always full of hatred, and often it's evident even when he’s authenticated because you can’t hide your personality too much. He makes little jokes as a pseudo-funny guy to win people over, but few fall for it anymore. Naturally, he also goes after Pretazzo, and one night he was caught yet again copying a review; at the peak of his frustration, he flooded several Grasshopper reviews because to him, it represented everything he will never be. He insults Pretazzo too because we are friends, and perhaps he wishes he could be like him, who knows—young, intelligent, respected, and loved. He’s just a poor mentally ill person, really, who at first may make you smile and feel pity, but then... oh right, he can’t attack Trellheim, for example, because she is an editor and he’s afraid of being caught, nor can he go after Tristram Shandy because he doesn’t know who that is. Anyway, I’m the one who represents his ideal target since I’ve never failed to let him know what I think of him, quite explicitly. You know, having fallen so low, he has tried to turn people against me, perhaps aided by his 2 or 3 misogynistic, ignorant, and overbearing little friends (the only ones he has). He’s just a poor old fat loser whom even his wife doesn’t pay attention to anymore.
