NO WAIT !! I didn't say it's worth the purchase. It's worth the purchase only for die-hard Beatles fans, and that's it. For those who are slightly less convinced Beatles fans, I recommend getting it in other ways :0). It's just snippets of recordings taken here and there, after all, so it's an artificial thing. So take it for what it is. Just to satisfy the curiosity of listening to Beatles songs with "modern" sounds, nothing more. It’s still a well-made work.

Guys, I’m listening to it now, "A Day in the Life" is a blast, finally this masterpiece gets the justice it deserves. Forget about the old recordings. There's an acoustic version of "Strawberry," magnificent. "Lucy" is much more psychedelic. "Lady Madonna" is slower and more rhythmic, less noisy, and has some unheard variations in guitar and bass. The other tracks are also different from the originals, but I won’t explain how. Just listen to it. I must say it’s a good job.

Very true. Three virtuosos together can only create something great. The detractors despise them especially because they have also achieved great public success, which in the progressive + snobbish environment is almost a sin. Well. As they say about tastes.... By the way, I’m listening to the album in question, Lemmings just started and I’m really enjoying it :oD

Dave is right, the members of ELP come from great bands like King Crimson, of course (how can we forget Lake's voice??? Even now Fripp misses him), The Nice (Keith Emerson), and Palmer – I don't remember the name of his band, but they were very young. Then he moved on to Asia after the temporary breakup of ELP. Palmer is a great drummer, and live with Emerson they showcase astonishing virtuosity. And when it comes to Lake's voice, there’s only one thing to say: IMMENSE.
