One of those I promised myself to watch. I'm glad to see it so thoroughly panned...

I want to clarify (I realized I misspoke): when I refer to Schindler's List as a "minor" film, I mean that because of this, viewing Spielberg as a "mainstream" director, Schindler's List is often overlooked or considered somewhat of a blemish in his filmography. A minor film, absolutely not; on the contrary, in my opinion, it is his true masterpiece.
