For heaven's sake, a film brilliantly shot and perfect in its blockbuster "construction," which can be watched with a certain interest. It is true that some choices leave something to be desired: while it is original how Nolan has thought to build dreams, the result is not the best. There is too much talking, it fuels confusion, it almost seems like Nolan wants to say, "Look at this messy plot I’ve created, I'm smarter than you." I don’t understand why the van in the first dream moves at normal speed, while when it falls off the bridge it takes an eternity. Maybe to smooth over a cinematic hole of over an hour? That being said, Inception is there, even though I think The Prestige is better than this. It’s one of those films whose beauty I recognize, but that I wouldn’t watch more than 3/4 times in a lifetime.
