Bjork, I agree about Liam, who now sounds disappointingly even more out of tune live than he did 10 years ago. Noel definitely sings better, but he doesn't seem any more modest at all. He was the one who spread the first nonsense about Oasis being the greatest band of all time. Whether he has had a change of heart (perhaps with this Greatest SHITS) I couldn't tell you :D

It's always a pleasure to see a new review on Iron Maiden...

If I had to make a personal compilation of the best Oasis songs, I would have chosen different tracks. The fact that they had the courage to include in a "Best Of" the most unfortunate single of the last 25 years, Songbird, speaks for itself.

It's precisely to cope with the pettiness of those 21 euros spent on a CD with no new tracks that they invented CD burners. :)

Point one: How the hell do you write like that? :) Point two: I fully agree with the observations made by Nickfantasma and Kid A; considering what Nick said about Franz Ferdinand (listening randomly, I too would struggle to identify which songs are from the first album and which are from the second), I don't believe these bands are capable of straying too far from that musical context; I'm not talking about a genuine inability, I mean that in their case, reinventing themselves musically would also require (I think) a total revision of their look and blah blah blah, and I really can't imagine the Arctic Monkeys, the FF, or the Editors without their striped shirts or their loosened ties. Anyway, there's rumor of a second album from the Editors (who, among those mentioned, are my "favorites"), who knows, maybe I was wrong.
