I agree on Sci-Fi Lullabies, at least 3 tracks would easily fit into my Best Of :D

Here’s what it means to be incurably picky: so... in my opinion, the album wouldn’t be a 5 (for example, Love The Way You Love is indeed a colossal piece of crap) but since it’s a compilation called "Singles" (i.e., Greatest Hits), not to be confused with an improperly titled "The Best Of" (which semantically should have included gems like Pantomime Horse, Sleeping Pills, The 2 Of Us, Still Life, By The Sea... instead of equally less "exciting" tracks), then I have no objections :) And what about affection? (and let’s not even get started on where you would put it… rhetorical question :P)

Editors An End Has a Start

Partially re-evaluated compared to my review, because I cannot deny that I really enjoy Tom Smith's voice and 3 tracks (Smokers... The Weight Of The World, and Push Your Head Towards The Air); for the rest, however, little has changed, I still get the feeling of hearing the same riffs, the same rhythms (sometimes I get confused between An End Has A Start and The Racing Rats). In any case, I prefer them 850,000 times over kids like Pigeon Detectives, Arctic Monkeys, and Klaxons (Golden Skans excluded).

Maybe I'm out of the loop, but I must have read somewhere that this blessed Chinese Democracy has been ready for quite a few years (or at least most of it), yet some dark and malevolent Force is preventing its release. Axl was a legend for me; now he makes me feel sadder than a clown.
