What?

In my opinion, not understanding is the supremely punk thing. Right?

reread? I mean, do you really think that we read it the first time, and not having understood it we will reread it? you must be quite something, you...

It depends, if the sponge is nailed, yes.
Antony and the Johnsons I Am a Bird Now

horribly pallous, terribly tedious, obscenely noious. I understand all of you who like Antonino the sensitive, but to me, it’s just crap. The songs left a good impression on the first listen, but by the second they seemed old, already heard, boring, and horrible. And now he collaborates with anyone, even with Current 93 who must have lost their minds. If, as I believe, his intention is to bring people to tears, well, he succeeds, but only due to the tremendous boredom he inspires. Since I imagine my comment will upset some of you, I urge you not to be aggressive: take a cue from your idol. Whine.

wait, let's think. having an idol isn't punk, but having a punk idol? and what if the idol in the making is too punk to feel like an idol? I guess I'm throwing in the towel, this discussion is too punk even for me...

On the other hand, I've cracked three-quarters of a mink with this story, but Henry Rollins told me that being a pain in the ass is very punk. Then he spat on me.

Of course, I meant to write "authority," not "autorithy," but I was told that not knowing languages is punk. Could it be?
