Max Gazzè Un Giorno
Voto:
Max Gazzè is really great, no doubt about it. Perhaps the best singer-songwriter of the last or penultimate generation. However, this album is definitely his least successful, perhaps also due to this collaboration in the writing phase with the band that, in my opinion, didn’t yield the expected results. Gazzè is a brilliant musician, but in this album, we only see glimpses of that. We are far from his previous works, which are three must-have albums. It bothers me to give him a 3 because Max is also such a likable person, but it has to be done.
Pino Daniele Che Dio Ti Benedica
Voto:
The super cheesy single, typical of Pino Daniele from the last 20 years, has kept me, as always, far away from the rest of the album. I feel a vicarious embarrassment when I hear it. Bah.
The Police Live at Torino, Stadio delle Alpi 02 ottobre 2007

Exceptional. And now we wait for the first fool to come by and say that the review was already there.
Michael Moore Sicko

What a pain with this "it was already there." So what? Just don't read it, for fuck's sake.
M. Night Shyamalan Lady In The Water
Voto:
The biggest difference between Tarantino and Shyamalan, what makes certain films by the Indian director repulsive garbage, is pretentiousness. This is completely absent in Tarantino: his cinema is self-ironic, deliberately pointless, and does not claim to teach anything to anyone. Shyamalan, on the other hand, directs nonsense and moreover pretends to dress it in completely out-of-place philosophical and/or religious meanings, and the result - in the emblematic case of Signs - is unintentional ridiculousness.
Brian May Back To The Light
Voto:
So so. May outside of Queen is a bit of a fish out of water, and the lack of comparison with the band brings his limitations as a solo artist to the fore. Roger Taylor does better, having accumulated much greater experience with solo releases and applying it in more solid albums than this.
M. Night Shyamalan Lady In The Water
Voto:
By Shyamalan, The Sixth Sense is the best, by far. Then already, Unbreakable made me think poorly, and Signs, damn, is indecent, simply one of the worst movies in history... The Village is OK, nice but nothing more. By this point, I gave up.
Castellano & Pipolo Grand Hotel Excelsior
Voto:
A typical 80s comedy by the mediocre Castellanoepipolo, featuring their ever-faithful and unbearable Celentano, but with a Verdone who always manages to bring a smile and who, along with the invaluable Maco di Secrate (another cult role for Abatantuono), lifts the fate of the film. Two and a half stars because it is definitely much better than the Christmas rubbish being thrown at us today. At least Montesano was a worthy actor.
Vasco Rossi Live @ Stadio Delle Alpi 22.09.2007
Voto:
Nice review primiballi, I have never seen Vasco live and I think I will give up now.
Frank Oz Funeral Party
Voto:
The film is really funny and well-made, featuring a handful of lesser-known but highly effective actors.
