In my opinion, this album somewhat reminds me of Pink Floyd...

Well, Francis, you really went big, but I think you got the point: indeed, Jeff Buckley is often over the top, and he seems to anguish (perhaps too?) obviously with almost every note, which can risk becoming tiresome; the comparison with his father is spot on, especially when you think of 'Lorca', where Tim Buckley is so much more restrained (even though he has a vocal versatility similar to his son), while Jeff is baroque in 'Grace'; that said, it’s clear that it rests on everyone’s threshold of tolerance to the 'baroque'... personally (even though I love examples of restraint like Cohen...) I can handle it well, 'Grace' is also, for me, an incredible album that I also adore for its ultra-romantic moments like 'Last Goodbye' (after all, I’m someone who enjoys 'Born to Run'...); the review is almost excellent: it stimulated the minds, almost excellent because the unfortunate Jeff really didn’t deserve to be compared to the Manics, etc...

It's a name, like, from circus performers, trapeze artists or stuff like that... I think it's fitting... even more so is their symbol with the angry robot that says "hi!"

Alright, I promise to give 'freak out' a proper listen! I'm in group C: after all, I get swayed by so many who speak poorly of it... he was childhood friends with Capt. Beefheart, they collaborated, he's the producer of 'trout mask replica', etc.: in comparison, someone describes Beefheart as the artist and Zappa as the artificial, if I understood correctly... for me, though, I listened to 'freak out', I expected a punch, but instead, nothing happened... I'll try again (or at least suggest a better one).
