Roberto Benigni La Vita E' Bella

Impossible to read all the comments. For just the final scene, the reviewer builds a conspiracy theory and almost solely on this basis rates the film a one. Okay, it's not a masterpiece, but to completely tear it apart (with these justifications, then...)

Given that I find this album fundamental (I believe that a significant part of future jazz would not even have been conceived without these sessions), I have always found it a bit cold and indigestible, even though I have tried and retried, listened and listened again. I had planned to write the review for some time, but given this idiosyncrasy, I preferred to hold off. I made the right choice. Bye.

Unforgettable is the scene where the real estate agent describes the apartment to him. Ultimately, a little cult classic for Saturday afternoon.

Sergio Leone C'era Una Volta Il West (1968)

The film I enjoyed the least by Leone. Perhaps the only true stroke of genius lies in the first ten minutes where nothing happens; for the rest, it’s just a lot of craftsmanship and gigantism, which still manages to get you through to the end of the film. The line: "Tanto dopo mi basta un bagno e torno pulita come prima," or somethinglikethat.
I notice that in the end, although it’s the most maligned by critics, Leone's most loved western for many is "Giù la testa," I agree...

The scene with the "Veliero" is memorable. But in the end, the whole film is touching, unforgettable, a punch to the stomach. Yes, I agree, we are at the level of "Accattone."

Really exceptional record. My favorite by De Andrè is "Creuza de ma," but this one is right behind it.
Pasquale Festa Campanile Un povero ricco

Pozzetto, just like his comedies, you either love him or hate him. I choose the former.
Danny Boyle Trainspotting

I agree with Randolph. That movie is something to make your wrists tremble.

Pozzetto's films have something strange about them, all of them, without exception. I can't evaluate them, but maybe they shouldn't be taken lightly...
