I'm hearing them right now in the middle of their digestive phase. Beautifully distorted and dissonant, you can feel the Godflesh influence.

For now, in the Doom/Sludge realm, I prefer the latest Cult of Luna, but this is also a work that promises well.

Never listened to it except in passing. I don’t have a good relationship with jazz, even though it seems to me that this album is a blend of genres. As for the review, well, what can I say... :)

Well, a melodic solo and not "at lightning speed"? Nah, that won't do.

Anyway, in my review of Spectral Wound, I also used the adjective "annihilating," right at the beginning. I don’t know if it’s included in the ten commandments of a good death metal review (even if the band I reviewed is black), but I think it works just the same.
