Genesis ... And Then There Were Three
Voto:
In my view, "And Then There Were Three" suffers greatly from a lack of cohesion among the tracks (primarily due to the group's indecision about the direction to take). On the positive side, it has the pleasant twilight atmospheres, signifying the end of an era: great songs include, just to name a few, "Many Too Many," "Down And Out," "Snowbound," and "Burning Rope." If someone wanted to approach the pop side of Genesis, I always recommend "Duke." - Rating: 3 and a 1/2 stars.

I liked it a lot...

I just listened to it a few days ago. If you’re the kind of person who, like me, doesn’t mind the 80s mainstream... you will probably enjoy it. You can't expect great things (nothing compared to Cocker's early albums!), but the fact that it's pleasantly listenable is a point in its favor. The same can be said for the subsequent "Unchain My Heart" and "One Night Of Sin" - Rating for the album: 3 and 1/2 stars.
King Crimson Red

A hard and pure disk, a classic, a masterpiece: these terms are still reductive for "Red". 10 out of 10 for what is one of my favorite albums!
Aldo, Giovanni & Giacomo, Massimo Venier Tre Uomini E Una Gamba

Really charming this film... then, in the cinematic field, they have always been on the decline: what a shame! Anyway, when they do theater, they still know how to make people laugh a lot.
Phil Collins ...But Seriously
Voto:
Discreet album: Phil Collins still has a few tricks up his sleeve here (for example "Hang In Long Enough", "Something Happened On The Way To Heaven" and "Another Day In Paradise"), but he is already in a decline. Nothing compared to his first three solo albums... a gem in the pop realm, that little masterpiece "Hello, I Must Be Going!"
Michael Mann Miami Vice
Voto:
The TV series, although it came out more than 20 years ago, is light years ahead of this movie: the original had an entirely different style, an entirely different class! Back to the film... neither a blockbuster nor a dud in my opinion: Mann wanted to incorporate the dark atmospheres of "Manhunter" ( a masterpiece!), but the result here is unexciting...

Great review... but I don't know him: I will fix that as soon as possible!
