Absolute masterpiece, fundamental.

Good review, even though it doesn’t reflect my personal opinion about the album in question, the only one I own on vinyl and that I fell madly in love with about ten years ago. To me, it’s another great record from the Purple, less fierce and hard-rocking than its immediate predecessor, the magnificent "Burn"; delicate and laced with influences from "black music," aggressive enough in the aforementioned tracks (the title track and Lady Double Dealer). Lord's solo in High Ball Shooter is something that gets me tremendously excited. And above all, I adore Ian Paice's drumming (an endless source for practicing the drums)...

Screaming! Highly enjoyable, distorted and devastating, hellish, light-years ahead: masterpiece!!!
Howard Phillips Lovecraft Storie Agghiaccianti

Great review! I also love Lovecraft, and even though I wasn't aware of this specific collection, I have read the stories contained in it in the Mammoth published by Newton Compton, highly recommended for enthusiasts and very comprehensive (it’s almost 2000 pages). Every story by HPL is a world unto itself, a microcosm capable of captivating, engaging, and enthralling. Even Lovecraft's "commissioned" works are always brilliant: I think of "Herbert West, Reanimator," which was serialized and not greatly esteemed by HPL himself (who was always hypercritical of his own work).
Caravan If I Could Do It All Over Again, I'd Do It All Over You

Great album, it's always a pleasure to listen to Caravan! Dave Sinclair's organ is sublime!

Nice film, not a masterpiece, but fun and suitable for a night out with friends. The review is on point, but in my opinion, it's unforgivable not to mention one of the greatest English comedians and character actors - here playing the role of the casino owner Donald Sinclair - and a long-time member of the Monty Python: John Cleese.

A very subjective review, poorly written, expressing a personal opinion in a ridiculous manner, which shows a musical understanding equivalent to that of a rock.

I only know the tracks released on the ZZ Top box set "Chrome, Smoke & BBQ," which are fantastic!

Beautiful review, a fantastic album truly suitable for this wintry and foggy period. The video for Vienna (and of course the song itself) holds a special memory for me, because I fell in love with it at first sight, even though I was only 12 or 13 years old at the time. 5 more from the heart than objectively (I think), because I only know this album by Ultravox.
