I’m not ashamed to say that this album was one of my first purchases and that I wore it out over the years.. with this record, he played the metal Bowie and he actually succeeded.. too bad about the various sequels..

It's the nervousness in Palumbo's voice that impresses.. for some, it's a must of the era.. I've always found it too similar.. the structure of each song is really too alike throughout the entire album.. the title is truly wonderful to me.

I have to process it... it opens up an evolution of the Miss Machine sound for me, which back then was too derivative... now instead it might be a bit too Patton-ish... and the substance doesn't change... the strength lies in the variety... either you love it to the point of going crazy or you think this album sucks.
