But then, according to this terrible declaration of intent, the game of massacre, necessary for the United Nations to acquire increasingly broad and dictatorial powers, could merely be a means to provoke the final "social cataclysm" and to "show the Nations, in all its horror, the effect of absolute atheism, the source of barbarism and bloody subversion" that will have to dissolve the Nations as they have been known until today. It is precisely in this cataclysm, and under the impulses that "mass psychology," appropriately directed by hidden controllers, will provoke on global public opinion, in the relentless and unstoppable process of destruction, that the religious, moral, and cultural matrix of entire populations will have to be modified, which, subjected to the subversion of their institutions, to the cruellest and most inhumane endemic violence, in the grip of the panic of exodus and mass migrations and reduced to the daily search for the essentials for survival, will give rise to a "new man" who, "forced to defend himself against a global minority of revolutionaries," will receive "the true light through the universal manifestation of the doctrine of Lucifer"!
